📢 Important Registration Notes
Before proceeding to the official registration page, please read these instructions carefully to ensure your form is submitted correctly:
- Finding the English VersionSince the official registration portal is hosted by a local authority (Mafra Municipality), the page defaults to Portuguese. However, immediately below the main Congress image, you will find the notice: “Scroll down for English”. Please scroll down the page until you reach the English version.
- Language Selector & Translation ErrorsOnce you access the registration via “Registrationshere”, you can select your preferred language in the top left corner using the “Selecionar Idioma” field (located directly above the word “Município”).
Note: This tool uses automatic translation. If you encounter technical errors or awkward phrasing, please fill in the field with the option that seems most logical for your situation.
- Date of Birth FieldIn the [Date of Birth]field, the system amusingly asks for a specific time. To avoid system errors, we recommend typing your date of birth manually instead of using the popup calendar. Please use the format dd/mm/yyyy, followed by a space and 00:00.
Example: 15/05/1980 00:00
- Tax Identification Number (NIF)Due to international format incompatibilities, the form may reject your local tax ID. If you encounter an error in this field, simply enter the number 1to bypass it. This stage serves as a pre-registration. The Municipality will contact you individually via email later to collect the correct information, formalize the payment, and issue your official receipt.
⏳ Early Bird Deadline
Please be aware that due to strict regulations presented to and approved by the Municipal Assembly, the deadline for the discounted early bird registration expires precisely at 00:00 (Lisbon time) on April 1st.
Because this is a matter of formal local regulation, we cannot offer extensions. Even if you are still finalizing your plans, we strongly recommend completing this pre-registration now to lock in the reduced rate. If something unexpected happens, you can cancel your pre-registration when you are contacted by the Municipality to formalize the payment.
